Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

Precautions

[Please Read Before Booking]

  • A minimum of two participants is required for the tour to operate. If this requirement is not met, the tour may be canceled between 10 days and 1 day before the tour date.

  • The tour may be canceled due to driver shortages, bus maintenance, or operational requirements (including use of the bus for events).

  • Routes may be changed or the tour may be unavoidably canceled due to events at tourist sites or other unforeseen circumstances, even after booking.

  • The bus does not operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

[Audio Guidance]

  • Automated audio guidance is available on board only.

  • Guidance is provided automatically via GPS when passing designated points.

  • A smartphone (iOS or Android) and earphones are required; please bring your own.

  • GPS must be enabled to use this service.

  • Audio guidance is a complimentary service; no refunds will be issued if it cannot be used due to malfunction or other issues.

[Open-Top Bus Information & Precautions]

  • Seating may be first-come, first-served or unreserved. You may be seated in the rear area under a roof.

  • Seats may be shared with other passengers.

  • Only second-floor seating is available; first-floor seats are not accessible.

  • The tour may be canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather or strong winds. In such cases, refunds will be made by bank transfer, and bank fees will be borne by the customer.

  • Due to weather or operational conditions, the second-floor roof may be closed. As a general rule, it remains open even in the rain.

  • Raincoats will be provided free of charge in case of rain.

  • We recommend bringing a towel, as clothing may become wet or dirty due to rain, wind, tree sap, or bird droppings.

  • Please secure your belongings to prevent them from being blown away.

  • Use caution when boarding and disembarking, especially in rainy conditions, as the stairs may be slippery.

  • Do not touch tree branches or leaves through the roof opening.

  • Take appropriate precautions against sunburn, heatstroke, or cold weather, depending on conditions.

  • Seat changes are not permitted while the bus is in motion.

  • Eating, smoking, and open drinks are prohibited on board. Drinks with lids are permitted.

  • Umbrellas (including parasols) are not allowed on board.

  • Do not extend your face or hands outside the vehicle.

  • The schedule may change due to traffic conditions.

  • Boarding and disembarking are only permitted at designated locations.

  • Please be sure to review the travel terms and conditions before booking.
