Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price

・Advance reservation and payment are required.
・On the day of rental, please present the driver's license of all drivers. We will make a copy.

＜Naha Airport Shuttle＞
After exiting the first-floor arrivals lobby of the domestic terminal, cross the pedestrian crossing, and you will find Nakajima. Please proceed to Shuttle Bus Stop ⑭. Once you have arrived, please contact our office, and we will dispatch a waiting shuttle vehicle.

【Regarding Insurance and Compensation Plans】
Please review the following information on costs and compensation plans in case of an accident.
(An accident is defined as any damage to the vehicle or injury/damage caused to others or their property.)
【Optional Insurance Coverage】
This is the content of the optional insurance that the rental vehicle is covered under. Please check the deductible amounts, etc.

・Personal Injury Compensation: Up to ¥30 million per person
Covers injuries (including death and permanent disability) to passengers due to an automobile accident, regardless of the driver's fault.

※ Tire punctures, loss of wheel caps, and related fees are the customer's responsibility.
※ If the accident falls under an exclusion in the insurance policy or violates the rental agreement, or if the accident is not reported to the police, the insurance will not apply, and the customer will be responsible for the full amount.
【Non-Operation Charge (NOC)】
If you damage the vehicle during use, you will be charged a "Non-Operation Charge" as partial compensation for the downtime during repairs, regardless of the repair time or extent of the damage.
② Non-Operation Charge Rates
・If the vehicle can be driven: ¥20,000
・If the vehicle cannot be driven: ¥50,000
(The NOC will still be charged even if you have purchased the waiver coverage.)
【In the Event of an Accident】
Please take the following steps:
・If there is a third party involved or in case of a solo accident, contact the police and our office (or the insurance company if outside business hours).
・If there is a third party involved, be sure to obtain their name, contact details, insurance company name, and the name of their representative.
【★Waiver Compensation System★】
If an accident occurs, you will be responsible for the deductible amounts specified in the above insurance coverage (maximum ¥50,000 to ¥100,000 per incident). However, you can opt to join the waiver compensation system by paying the following fee, which will waive these deductible amounts in the event of an accident.
・Waiver Compensation Fee: ¥1,650 per day
※ This plan includes the waiver compensation fee.
【★Safety Compensation System★】
If you opt for the waiver compensation system, you can also join the safety compensation system to waive the NOC as well.
・Safety Compensation Fee: ¥880 per day
【Cases Where Insurance Coverage Does Not Apply】
In the following cases, even if you are enrolled in a compensation plan, you will be fully responsible for all costs:
※ If the accident was caused by violating road traffic laws, such as driving under the influence, driving without a license, speeding, reckless driving, etc. (You will be responsible for the full amount of damages.)
※ Tire punctures, burst tires, battery issues due to leaving lights on or doors ajar, etc. (Market value)
※ Incorrect fuel type
※ Lost or damaged keys (Market value)
※ Loss or severe damage to wheel caps making them unusable (Market value)
※ Cigarette burns on seats or other interior damage/odor (Market value)
※ Accidents caused during an unauthorized extension of the rental period
※ Accidents caused by a driver not registered as an operator or during unauthorized sub-rental
※ Accidents caused by using a mobile phone or staring at the navigation system
※ Theft or vandalism (If there is no negligence, such as leaving the keys in the vehicle, and the incident is reported to the police, we will cover the damage to the vehicle. Theft or loss of personal belongings is not covered.)
※ Accidents occurring off-road or outside parking lots.
★ We do not cover incidents occurring outside the main island of Okinawa (except where connected by a bridge).

※ Under Japanese road traffic laws, child seats are mandatory for children under six years old. If you have children under six, you must use a child seat. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of the rental vehicle.

Shuttle Service Information
We offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Naha Airport and hotels in Naha City.
Available Shuttle Times: 8:00 AM - until 6:00 PM return.
Please note that the free shuttle service is available only for customers using our services for two nights or more. Thank you for your understanding.
Naha Airport Shuttle Pickup:
Meeting Location: After exiting the domestic arrival lobby on the first floor, cross one pedestrian crossing to find Nakajima. Please go to the rental car shuttle bus stop (No. 14). We kindly ask you to contact us after arriving at the shuttle bus stop No. 14, and we will send a waiting shuttle vehicle.

If you plan to board a flight after returning the rental vehicle, please return it at least two hours before your departure time.

Rental Day
Check-In & Instructions:
You will enter into a rental agreement. Please present the driver's licenses of all individuals who will be driving. We will provide you with important "cautions" regarding the rental car usage.

We will check the condition of the rental car together, including any existing scratches or damages. (The car will be provided with a full tank of gas.)
Return Day
Please fill the gas tank at the nearest gas station before returning the vehicle.

We kindly ask you to call us upon your arrival at the rental office.

Once checked, the rental process will be complete.
