If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Advance reservations and advance payment are required.
On the day of rental, all drivers must present a valid driver’s license and passport. Copies will be taken.
If you hold an international (foreign) driver’s license (Geneva Convention), please prepare the required documents.

Naha Airport Pick-up Instructions
After exiting the domestic arrivals lobby on the 1st floor, cross the crosswalk and proceed to Rental Car Shuttle Bus Stop ⑭.
Please contact our office upon arrival, and we will send the shuttle to pick you up at Stop ⑭.

Pick-up time will be adjusted according to your desired rental start time. We will contact you on the evening before the rental day.
In the unlikely event of an accident, the customer’s responsibility and applicable compensation are outlined below.
(An accident includes any minor vehicle damage or damage to third parties or property.)
Please review the coverage details and deductible amounts below.
Liability Compensation: Unlimited (including compulsory automobile liability insurance)
Property Damage Compensation: Unlimited
① Deductible: ¥50,000
Vehicle Damage Compensation: Vehicle market value per accident
① Deductible: ¥50,000–¥100,000
Passenger Injury Compensation: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person
Covers injuries (including death or permanent disability) to passengers regardless of the driver’s degree of fault.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for tire damage, wheel cap loss, tolls, and similar costs.
Insurance does not apply in cases excluded under the policy terms, violations of rental conditions, or failure to report the accident to the police. In such cases, all costs will be borne by the customer.
If a vehicle is damaged due to an accident, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will be applied to compensate for lost business during repairs, regardless of repair duration or damage extent.
NOC Fees
Vehicle can be driven: ¥20,000
Vehicle cannot be driven: ¥50,000
The NOC applies even if you enroll in the deductible waiver plan.
Please take the following actions immediately:
Contact the police and our office (or your insurance company if outside business hours), even for single-vehicle accidents.
If another party is involved, obtain their name, contact details, insurance company, and representative’s name.
Without enrollment, customers are responsible for the deductible amounts ① (¥50,000–¥100,000).
By enrolling in this system, the deductible will be waived in the event of an accident.
Deductible Waiver Fee: ¥1,650 per day
Includes liability insurance.
By enrolling, the Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will also be waived.
Safe Compensation Fee: ¥880 per day
Even if enrolled, customers are fully responsible in the following cases:
Accidents caused by traffic law violations (drunk driving, unlicensed driving, speeding, reckless driving, etc.)
Battery trouble, flat tires, blowouts, leaving lights on, doors left open (actual cost)
Incorrect fuel
Lost or damaged keys (actual cost)
Loss or damage of wheel caps (actual cost)
Burnt seats, interior stains, or odors caused by smoking, etc. (actual cost)
Accidents occurring during unauthorized rental extensions
Accidents caused by unregistered drivers or sub-renting to third parties
Accidents caused by mobile phone use or distracted driving
Vehicle theft due to negligence (keys left unattended)
Vehicle damage may be covered; theft or loss of personal belongings is not.
Accidents occurring off public roads or parking lots
★ We do not provide support for incidents occurring outside Okinawa Main Island, except areas connected by bridges.
★ Ferry transport of rental vehicles is strictly prohibited.
No pets allowed.
Under the Road Traffic Act, children under 6 years old must use a child seat. If traveling with children under 6, please ensure a child seat is used.

You will enter into a rental agreement. Please present the driver's licenses of all individuals who will be driving. We will provide you with important "cautions" regarding the rental car usage.

We will check the condition of the rental car together, including any existing scratches or damages. (The car will be provided with a full tank of gas.)
Return Day
Please fill the gas tank at the nearest gas station before returning the vehicle.

We kindly ask you to call us upon your arrival at the rental office.

A staff member will check the condition of the rental car together with you. We will also check the gas level and any personal belongings left behind.

Once checked, the rental process will be complete.
