The tour is operated by a marine shop located inside the Ishigaki Seaside Hotel,
where you can use clean and convenient facilities such as showers and changing rooms.
Snorkeling Points Are Just 5–10 Minutes Away by Boat!
The manta and sea turtle spots are very close — only a short 5–10 minute ride away!
Perfect for those who are worried about getting seasick.
Relax at the Beach After the Tour!
After the tour, you can take your time and relax on the private beach of the Ishigaki Seaside Hotel,
where the meeting point is located.
※ Manta rays and sea turtles are wild animals, so sightings are not guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued even if you don’t see them.
※ Prices vary during high season (2025/12/25–2026/1/4, 2026/3/21–4/5, 4/25–5/6, 7/21–8/31, 12/25–2027/1/4). Please make your reservation under the high season rate for those dates.

Recommended Point
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, the customer cancels his or her reservations, he or she will have to pay the following cancellation fees. Furthermore, please keep in mind that any bank transfer fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation 8-10 days before reservation date・・・20% of the original price
Cancellation 2-7 days before the reservation date・・・30% of the original price
Day before the reservation date・・・50% of the original price
On the reservation date・・・100% of the original price
Precautions
● For safety reasons, guests who fall under any of the following categories may not participate:
－ Those with high blood pressure, heart, spine, or neck problems, epilepsy, or hyperventilation symptoms
－ Those who have consumed alcohol
－ Those with any condition that may worsen during participation
－ pregnant women or those who may be pregnant
－ Those taking medication
－ or anyone whom the organizer determines cannot safely participate on the day of the tour.
Depending on your health condition or age, a medical certificate may be required.
● Due to boat capacity limits, the same fee applies even for guests boarding only (non-snorkeling participants).
● Children cannot participate without being accompanied by an adult.
● Tours operate even in light rain, but may be canceled in case of typhoons or dangerous weather conditions.
● If guests do not follow the guide’s instructions or engage in dangerous behavior, the tour may be stopped.
● If there are too many applications, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date or time.
● That tours may be canceled or changed depending on weather or sea conditions.
