  • Can I make a reservation (or inquiry) by phone?

  • What is the difference between immediate reservation confirmation and request reservation?

    【Immediate reservation confirmation】

    The reservation will be confirmed as soon as the application is completed.

    【Request reservation】

    After completing the application, we will check the availability and reply whether the reservation is possible or not. If your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation and payment email.

    Please be aware that your reservation might be rejected due to full capacity.

  • What are the payment methods for the tour?

    Only credit card payment is available.

  • When does cancellation fees apply?

    If you cancel your reservation due to customer's convenience, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

    ・10 to 8 days before the day of use ・ ・ ・ 20% of the price

    ・7 to 2 days before the day of use ・ ・ ・ 30% of the price

    ・The day before the date of use ・ ・ ・ 50% of the price

    ・On the day of use ・ ・ ・ 100% of the price

  • Can the tour be canceled?

    The tour may be canceled due to sea conditions or bad weather. We will make a decision on the day before or the morning of the same day of the activity, and if it is canceled, we will contact you as soon as possible. At that time, we will inform you about changes in reservations, refunds, etc.

    In addition, depending on the tour, the event may be canceled due to the minimum number of participants not being reached. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will contact you. Please refer to "Minimum number of participants" on each tour page.

  • How to change / cancel a reservation

  • I don't know the meeting point.

    Please check the reservation confirmation email sent at the time of booking. If you cannot find your email, please call us.

  • I'm going to be late / not going to make it for the meeting time.

    Please call us in that event. In tours with other customers, the tour will take place on time. If you do not make it to the tour, the cancellation fee will be 100% and no refund will be given.

    (There may be traffic jams on weekday mornings, so please pan accordinlgy so that you can make it on time.)
