What is the difference between Instant Reservation Confirmation and Request Reservation?
【Immediate reservation confirmation】
The reservation will be confirmed at the same time as the application is completed.
【Request reservation】
After completing the application, we will check the availability of the tour and reply whether the reservation is possible or not.
If the reservation is confirmed, we will inform you of the pre-payment according to the answer.
We may not be able to accept your reservation due to full capacity. Please note.
How can I pay for the tour fee?
You can choose from credit card payment or convenience store payment.
When does the cancellation fee start?
If the reservation is canceled due to customer convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
・10 to 8 days before the date of use: 20% of the price
・7 days to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the price
・The day before the date of use: 50% of the price
・On the day of use: 100% of the price
Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Can the tour be cancelled?
The tour may be cancelled due to ocean conditions or inclement weather. We will make a decision on the morning of the tour (or the day before if earlier).
Tours with a minimum number of participants may be cancelled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum. The details of the minimum number of participants are shown on each tour page. Please refer to the page of each tour for details.
In the event that a tour is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes to your reservation and to provide you with a refund.

As a rule, tours are scheduled on time due to the presence of other passengers. If you are late and cannot join the tour, the cancellation fee will be 100% and will not be refunded. Please understand this in advance.
