How to use

  • Choose your favourite tour

    Find your favorite tour by comparing the tour contents and prices.

  • Select the desired date and time / plan

    After selecting a tour, select the date / plan from the calendar.

  • Enter your information and the Reservation is completed

    Enter the participants information and your reservation will be complete. Please join us on the reserved date and time.
    (For tours with immediate reservation confirmation, reservations will be confirmed after application. For request reservation tours, we will contact you after checking availability and will confirm if the reservation is completed)

  • Payment can be made by credit card 24 hours a day!
  • If you register as a member, you will find a lot of great deals such as discount coupons!

  • Until when can I apply?

    Please refer to the "reservation deadline" on the tour page as it varies for each tour.

    We also accept reservations on the day depending on the tour. For applications after the deadline, please contact us by phone.

  • Can I make a reservation or make an inquiry by phone?

    We also accept reservations and inquiries by phone. Please feel free to contact us.

  • What is the difference between Instant Reservation Confirmation and Request Reservation?

    【Immediate reservation confirmation】
    The reservation will be confirmed at the same time as the application is completed.


    【Request reservation】
    After completing the application, we will check the availability of the tour and reply whether the reservation is possible or not.

    If the reservation is confirmed, we will inform you of the pre-payment according to the answer.

    We may not be able to accept your reservation due to full capacity. Please note.

  • How can I pay for the tour fee?

    You can choose from credit card payment or convenience store payment.

  • When does the cancellation fee start?

    If the reservation is canceled due to customer convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

    ・10 to 8 days before the date of use: 20% of the price
    ・7 days to 2 days before the date of use: 30% of the price
    ・The day before the date of use: 50% of the price
    ・On the day of use: 100% of the price

    Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

  • I am not receiving my email, what should I do?

  • Can the tour be cancelled?

    The tour may be cancelled due to ocean conditions or inclement weather. We will make a decision on the morning of the tour (or the day before if earlier).

    Tours with a minimum number of participants may be cancelled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum. The details of the minimum number of participants are shown on each tour page. Please refer to the page of each tour for details.

    In the event that a tour is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes to your reservation and to provide you with a refund.

  • I do not know where the meeting place is.

    Please check the reservation confirmation email that was sent to you when you made your reservation. If you have lost the email, please call us.

  • I will be late/miss the meeting time.

    As a rule, tours are scheduled on time due to the presence of other passengers. If you are late and cannot join the tour, the cancellation fee will be 100% and will not be refunded. Please understand this in advance.

    (Traffic jams may occur on weekday mornings. Please be sure to arrive early to avoid being late.)
